Class Styles

TTAF Circuit classes provide intervals of higher level exercises that create a full body and mind workout with our Through the Ages Fitness approach. TTAF Circuit classes are offered seated or standing and lead by a Through the Ages Fitness instructor.

During TTAF Memory classes, Through the Ages Fitness instructors increase participants' body movements and brain activity through our themed-cognitive imagery approach. Storytelling may be used for TTAF Memory sessions to increase engagement and prevent distractions.

TTAF Low Impact engages the participants from head to toe, while activating their brains through our theme-based exercises. TTAF Low Impact sessions are all seated and lead by a Through the Ages Fitness instructor. 

 

*Some TTAF Low Impact sessions advance to standing depending on location and participants.

TTAF Pool uses the Through the Ages Fitness approach by combining TTAF Low Impact & Circuit together in the water.
